"YenYen_Custom Chibi Model" Copyright Agreement

1. Ownership:

   AThis product is a digital media design commodity, including but not limited to illustrations, designs, animations, artwork, and Live2D models, all of which are the intellectual property of the creator Mikado Arashi(帝嵐) .

2. Usage Rights:

   You cannot:

   • Distribute, resell, or modify the original design without permission.
   • Claim or imply that you are the author or rights holder of this product.
   • Engage in unauthorized commercial use, including but not limited to merchandise production.
   • Engage in improper activities, including but not limited to cyberbullying, offending others, and hate speech.
   • Use this product in activities related to artificially generated (AI) artistic works.

   You can:

   • Use this product in commercial activities, including but not limited to live streaming, video editing, and creative projects.
   • Create derivative works based on this product.
   • Make modifications to the product within the permitted scope.
   • Share digital media designs on social media platforms, provided that the creator ("Mikado Arashi" or "帝嵐") is correctly credited.

3. Attribution:

   The purchase of this product does not involve any transfer or transfer of copyright. Mikado Arashi reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use or infringement of the related copyright of digital media design commodities.

4. Disclaimer:

   The creator shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, or other issues arising from the use of this product by the user.

5. Policy:

   This product is a digital content commodity and is not subject to a cooling-off period. The creator reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges. If the creator provides incorrect or incomplete content resulting in inability to access or use, the creator shall replace or redeliver a flawless product.
